Six New Metro Lines to Istanbul

The rail system investments in Istanbul continue at full speed in 2019.

During 2019, a total of 6 new metro lines will be opened in Istanbul.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) continues its studies and investments in the metro intensively, adopting the slogan “Easy transport to all parts of Istanbul from Tuzla to Silivri”.

A total of 284.70 kilometers of new rail system lines are under construction, and by 2023 with the projects under construction and in the tender process, the turkish government is planning to establish a rail system network of 624.65 kilometers.

The main goal is to complete the construction of a total of 1100 kilometers of rail network.

Nowadays, where rail systems are very important, metro line projects increase real estate prices even when they are still in the planning stage.

After the completion of the project, property prices will rise dramatically.

Those wishing to invest in real estate should check the Istanbul Metro Map 2019 if they prefer to buy a property near the metro line.
